Are you prepared for the future of jobs? Will your role exist in 5-10 years? If you fail to upskill, will you get left behind?

These are the questions we should be asking ourselves as women in digital to start planning our career paths and not get left behind, because let's be honest, no one wants to be the next Blockbuster.

Did you know ‘A staggering 52% of the nation’s workforce do not have essential digital skills for work and 65% of UK businesses see a digital skills shortfall as one of the most significant challenges facing their company in 2021?

For some of us already working in digital, this may seem a lot, but everyday jobs are being replaced with cheaper and more efficient machines so it's our duty to stay ahead of the curve, up-skill and ensure we're valuable to the workplace!

You're invited to attend our Digital Skills Fest on 11th-12th May where we will be covering all key areas of digital skills with talks from industry leaders who'll give you everything you need to know about your career options, along with skill-sessions on day two.

The question isn't 'do you want to attend?', the question is, 'can you afford not to attend?'.

Don't get left behind, up-skill today!
